The original drawing No. 1925, submitted to you shewed surface concrete the whole width between double lines with centre poles, but as that drawing has not yet been approved by you the said surface concrete is not bound to be put in and as before stated it will only be put in on condition that you approve the said drawing, if you insist on your present demands I am instructed to omit this surface

concrete.
